Healthier expectations are focused on the positive areas of the relationship and necessarily the bad. It’s important to speak clearly regarding these differences so you can both work at a healthy relationship.

Unfit expectations are often times a result of subconscious pain or perhaps insecurities. These issues can be linked to unmet needs in your youth, such as desertion, abuse, or perhaps neglect.
